Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to drive key architectural initiatives across our core products. You will work in high-performing agile squads delivering scalable, mission-critical systems.
You should have deep proficiency in PHP 8.3+, Laravel architecture, database optimization, Redis queue workflows, and modern reactive frontends.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop maintainable RESTful and Livewire components.
- Design efficient database schemas with query optimization.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through thorough code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of production experience in Laravel & modern PHP.
- Solid understanding of relational database tuning (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Experience with queue systems, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
