1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nexora Dynamics (including browsing job postings, submitting applications, enrolling in training programs, or applying to become a trainer), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Job Marketplace Governance
Only authorized Nexora Dynamics administrators may publish and manage job postings on the platform. All candidate applications submitted through the platform are forwarded to hiring managers for legitimate career consideration. Candidates represent that all information in their CV is authentic and accurate.
3. Training Programs & Event Passes
Event registration passes issued through /training-events/{slug} represent a valid registration pass for the designated workshop or cohort. Pass codes (e.g. NX-EVT-XXXXXXXX) must be presented upon entry for in-person or live virtual access.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
All brand assets, software architecture, training curriculums, and proprietary assessment methodologies remain the sole intellectual property of Nexora Dynamics.
