Nexora Dynamics (“we”, “our”, or “platform”) operates with strict respect for your digital privacy. This policy details how we collect, store, and safeguard personal data when you use our job marketplace, talent pool, training catalog, and inquiry services.

2. Mandatory Private File & CV Storage

All candidate resumes, curriculum vitae (CVs), identity documents, and educational certificates uploaded via our platform (including /jobs/{slug}/apply, /upload-cv, and /trainers/register) are stored exclusively in secure, isolated private storage.

• Uploaded documents are never publicly indexable by search engine web crawlers.
• Files are not accessible through public URLs or unauthenticated endpoints.
• Access is strictly restricted to verified internal recruitment personnel and authenticated system administrators.

3. Trainer Directory PII Protection

Our public directory of instructors and trainers (/trainers) displays only approved professionals and strictly excludes personal contact information (such as personal email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, or private CV documents).

4. Information We Collect

We may collect personal details that you voluntarily submit across our workflows:

• Job Applications: Full name, email address, phone number, portfolio/LinkedIn URL, and uploaded CV and certificate files.
• General Talent Pool: Career discipline, years of experience, current job title, expected salary, and uploaded CV files.
• Trainer Applications: Full name, specialization, professional bio, years of experience, and credentials.
• Event Registrations & Inquiries: Name, contact email, telephone number, organization name, and specific questions.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights
